What materials do you use?
We use both reclaimed and new wood. Our reclaimed wood comes from demolished buildings in the Chicago area and old barns in the Midwest. Our new lumber is high-grade, kiln-dried wood to ensure long-term stability and performance.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we love custom orders! You can customize the size, color, material, and more. If you’d like something that isn’t on our website, just send us a picture or share your idea, and we can make it a reality. Contact us at UrbanReclaimedCo@gmail.com.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 48 contiguous states. We don’t use third-party shippers—everything is delivered by our team to minimize the chance of damage. Please contact us for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the USA.
Do you use any chemicals in your process?
We strive to be as green as possible. For walnut and white oak, which make up the majority of our wood, we use Rubio Monocoat, a plant-based, hardwax oil wood finish. It has 0% VOC and does not contain any solvents.
What is your lead time?
Our usual lead time is 6–8 weeks. It may be shorter if you’re in the Midwest. Lead time also depends on our delivery schedule and the timing of your purchase, but it very rarely exceeds 8 weeks.
